These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Adechi’s website, online store, social media channels, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1) Eligibility & Compliance

• You must be at least 10 years old to place orders. If under 10, you must have a parent/guardian’s consent.

• You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws, including intellectual property, consumer protection, customs, and export laws.

2) Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

• You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees.

• Fraudulent orders or chargebacks will be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.

3) Shipping & Delivery

• You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

• International orders may be subject to customs inspections; we comply with all legal requirements for export.

4) All Sales Final — Limited Replacement Policy

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• Replacement requests must be submitted to adechi9ja@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of delivery with proof of defect.

5) Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, product images, and content are the exclusive property of Adechi and protected by law.

• Counterfeiting, reproduction, or unauthorized resale of our products is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

6) Customer Content

• If you submit reviews, images, or feedback, you grant us a license to use them for marketing and operational purposes.

• You agree not to submit unlawful or infringing content.

7) Compliance with Trade, Tax, and Anti-Fraud Laws

• We comply with U.S. and international trade regulations.

• False claims, fraudulent returns, or use of stolen payment methods will be investigated and reported.

8) Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under Georgia law, except for claims eligible for small claims court.

• You waive the right to participate in class actions.

9) Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
